My paper mache pinata smells?

Set an open box of baking soda inside for a while then take it out before you put in the lollies. This should absorb some of the smell. Also Fabreze is non toxic and safe around children, pets and food so I would spray some of that in there (just a little, not a lot) once you take out the baking soda.
