Are there really West Indians living in Manhattan or not?

If not, How can you guys explain all these Jamaican/West Indian clubs in Manhattan? Do they have a lot of Jamaicans there or do I have go to Brooklyn, The Bronx, Long Island, or Queens for a largest crowd. Please help me.
