Do Jamaicans really hate Haitians? If yes, it is because Haitians are black?

It's the other way around. I work with ALOT of haitians, they dont have many kind words to say about jamaicans. I asked why, they say that there lazy, smoke too much weed, they can't understand them, there sneaky, all kinds of stuff!
