Faster Drying For Paper Mache ?

I Just Mixed a little starch with flour and water and dipped newspaper strips in it a put it around a balloon as my first layer I still have 2 more to go. Right now it's around 6:45 and the sun is going down , so how can I dry it faster inside my house ? and once it's all done with the 3 layers and eveything how do I make a different shape of something say a car .. After I pop the balloon? I only have 4 more days to work on this project.. Please help !
