What is the name of this song? I heard it on the beach while on spring break.?

Its an older song with a caribbean or jamaican sound. Its a man singing it and I cant really understand what hes saying at first. But it starts out with him sing woaaahh woaaah. and then he says something like "and I sing to my god" or something like that. Im not sure. any help is appreciatedd.
