Paper mache over Styrofoam doll making?

i would tape the styrofoam first so then that way the paper will have something to stick to. Ive used flour and water to paper mache for years and ive had no problem with mold. I just let it dry between each layer of paper. set it in the sun and it will dry quickly. I then coat it with a layer of sealant before i paint... Good luck and hope i helped a little...LEBE
