Which one is Better Blackberry Curve 3G or the older Curve 8520 or IPhone 4?

Hey guys an gal my contract is coming up on the phone this Coming January. Can you guys give me some input on these two brands. Right know I am hooked up with Fido. I am probably going to stay with them. p.s i am from canada
