I used paper Mache and covered a Metal bowl to make a mold, but how do i get the paper mache off in one Peace?

I am making a half circle so I can put something in it, but I covered a metal bowl in paper mache to get the shape I wanted, the only problem now is how do I get the paper mache off the bowel in one peace??
