I play better in soccer practice then in the actual game, why?

I have four practices a day and I sometimes play at night with my dad and a lot of very good Jamaican players. I play very excellent on all occasions but when it comes to the games I don't I play as well. It seems that I play better with people older than me than people my age. Does anyone no why ?
